Terms of Service

By using Tabor you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking a service or joining a queue.
1. Use of the Service
Tabor connects customers with independent service providers. You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to attend on time, and to follow the rules of each service provider's branch.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP codes, and account credentials secure. Do not share access tokens with anyone. Notify us immediately at support@tabor.sa if you suspect unauthorised activity.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by PayTabs. Tabor itself does not store full card numbers. Charges from a service provider are governed by that provider's published price list. Tabor entry fees, where applicable, are payable up-front and are non-refundable.
4. Service Provider Policies
Each service provider sets its own cancellation, no-show, and lateness policy. Those policies apply to bookings made through Tabor in addition to the rules in these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tabor acts as a marketplace and is not the provider of the services you book. To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Tabor is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service delivered by a third-party provider.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of Tabor after changes constitutes acceptance.
